I’m going to send to our MKP-GCA chat list because I think this will be useful to all the men staffing our weekends. I was on a weekend recently with 39 men and 3 carpets, we finished that segment at 12:30 PM. A large part of the reason for that, IMJ, was the lack of an intention to do 20 minute processes. It was grueling.

Thank you for sharing your carpet work experience.
Your are focused, your explanations are clear.
I appreciate this very much !
In a few minutes I can comprehend and integrate the lesson. I’ll then have to put this into practice at the next NWTA.

I can bring a man into his emotions rather quickly most of the time but once there it slows down. The man is then may be too much into his emotions and not prone to action. This is the area where I have to improve as a facilitator.
