I do think it is helpful for some people but focusing on how to change the current pattern is much more useful for me personally. Thanks.

The foods proomted have nothing to do with health and well being. Read any health advice book by gov , dieticians etc and you will find lovely propagandistic remarks such as grains are essential part of diet . based on no science at all.All for money

Beautiful. I often felt like a weight being lifted from me whenever i was acknowledged in this way.

I find a good place to start the conversation with one-self to interrupt the “why pattern” is “Thank you Self for keeping me safe all these years. I survived to tell the tale. And now I will use a more nuanced strategy for even better outcomes.”

Cheers,
Murray

Wow, I’m new here. I was googling ‘losing heart’ and so glad I did.

The best segment I took from this post is ‘you have to look at who you are being when you ask “why” and when you try to “fix it.”

This nailed it for me, because when I was coming from a discouraged, disheartened, disappointed subconscious place, essentially what I was doing is coming from a negative place pursuing my heart’s longing.

Negative and positive cancel each other out, positive and positive yield greater results.

In order to reach my heart I have to come from the heart. Not *from* mental or emotional barriers.

Total agreement in turning to higher power, in my case, that would be to Allah.

Much thanks for this post, just subscribed for more of these goodies.
